Meet Angela Brown | Hair Coach/ Hair Loss Specialist/Product Developer

We had the good fortune of connecting with Angela Brown and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Angela, can you share the most important lesson you’ve learned over the course of your career?
The most important lesson that I have learned, is patience, and a true understanding of marketing after the launch. In the beginning I was naive and wasn’t a good planner. In my personal life I winged everything hoping without reading and research that everything would turn out rewarding. I had to learn how to plan and stop jumping into every business adventure without a clear understanding if it was a fit for my company. The number one lesson was if it sounds too good then run as fast as you can!
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
D’Serv Healthy Hair Care was launched in 2016. I had the opportunity to give the world a hair care experience through my products and services. Now the truth is I had a business plan, but in reality, there was no road map to starting your own hair care line. I started out servicing the salon professionals that was very stressful. Then I went to the everyday person, that was better, but I still needed the salon professional because they needed it for their clientele. I ran out of money many times and had no business strategy in place. I learned hard lessons; I was chasing money and time. Then then when I started understanding my purpose and enjoying my journey than worrying. I created more products and understood that I wasn’t like most brands, I helped people restore their hair, with hair loss issues. I have the most amazing transformations from my customers. Also, I consult them when they are confused on what products that the need to buy. I created a hair lose solution treatment solution, called D’Serv PACC Hair Loss Treatment Solution. I understood that people need a road map on how to get real results. PACC means, Performance, Application, Coaching, & Consistency, and that takes training and skill. My business is successful because I am in my purpose and I truly care about my customers, even the ones I haven’t had the pleasure to meet yet. I also learned how to be where they want what I sell or service, and to make sure my business paperwork is up to date. Every day I try to level up and stay focused and build my business without skipping steps. I never forget that everyone Deserves Healthy Hair Again!
