Hi Tramaine “Coach Tee”, what role has risk played in your life or career?
Risk-taking is an essential aspect of personal and professional growth. I approach risk with a balanced perspective, weighing potential rewards against potential losses. In my life and career, taking calculated risks has often led to significant advancements and personal development.

Risk-taking has played a vital role in my career, pushing me to step out of my comfort zone and pursue new opportunities. It’s through these risks that I’ve learned valuable lessons, acquired new skills, and achieved career milestones.

Moreover, risk-taking has been integral in entrepreneurship. Founding my small business was inherently risky, but it’s these risks that can lead to innovation, resilience, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

In conclusion, risk-taking is a critical driver of personal and professional growth. While not every risk leads to success, each risk taken is a valuable learning experience that ultimately contributes to one’s development and ability to navigate future challenges.

PnB Boxing is more than a boxing program; it’s a catalyst for personal growth, empowerment, and community development. What sets PnB apart is our commitment to holistic youth development. We integrate Olympic-style boxing training with mental health support, mentorship, academic assistance, life skills education, and career development opportunities. Our unique combination equips young individuals with not only physical fitness but also the mental resilience and life skills essential for success.

I’m most proud of the positive impact PnB has had on our participants. Many of these youth come from underserved and at-risk backgrounds, facing significant challenges. It’s incredibly fulfilling to witness their transformation, as they develop into confident, disciplined, and empowered individuals who are equipped to overcome adversities.

My journey in building PnB hasn’t been easy. It required tenacity, commitment, and an unwavering belief in the mission. Overcoming challenges involved navigating through financial constraints, developing a network of supportive partners, and adapting to the evolving needs of our participants.

One vital lesson from this journey is the importance of perseverance and adaptability. The ability to learn from setbacks and continuously improve our programs has been instrumental.

I want the world to know that PnB is more than a boxing academy; it’s a beacon of hope and opportunity for underserved youth. Our story showcases the potential for positive change when community members come together to support and empower the next generation.

At PnB, we believe that every young individual, regardless of their background, has the potential to become a champion in life. We’re dedicated to helping them realize that potential. Our brand and story are all about transformation, resilience, and the belief that, with the right support and guidance, our youth can punch through barriers and achieve greatness.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would take them to PNB first for a workout before the other festivities. Lol.
