Meet Haas Almahdi | American Record Producer

We had the good fortune of connecting with Haas Almahdi and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Haas, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Honestly, it is a burning desire, creating good habits and establishing relationships behind my success.
I am managed by a music publishing company by the name of Winners Circle Publishing. Owner Kash John’s and Billboard Producer Yak beats are a big factor of my success in the music business.
My typical day is creating beats, sending them out to specific major artists, arrive in studio sessions with major artists and contacting like minded producers for collaborations to create good relationships and land major placements.
It’s a tough business for sure, the best advice I can give is to visualize your plan, apply yourself and NEVER give up!
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I co-produced a record called “Saint Maurice” for Def Jam/Griselda artist Benny the Butcher and his collective group Black Soprano Family.
I produced four tracks on Lloyd Banks sixth studio album, The Course of the Inevitable 3 that released in 2023. Thats one of my proudest moments to land a major placement with a legend.
I have another upcoming major placement with Lloyd Banks album called Halloween Havoc 4 releasing on October 31st, 2023. Definitely excited about this project for sure.
I would say what sets me apart is building a signature sound, be a jack of all trades and be a team player when it concerns to collaborations.
I feel like you can tell my stuff apart due to my unique sounds and textures. A big part is trusting yourself and understand less is more.
All artists needs room to lay their vocals on a track ya know, there is no need to have crazy arrangements. That will ruin your chances very quickly.
The music industry is tough man, it is not easy at all. I learned quickly you have to let go of instant gratification, have faith and always be clear of your intentions from start to finish.
My plan moving forward is to land major placement to chart on a Billboard Hot 100 and Billboard 200. As long as I remain consistent it’s only a matter of time. The rest is history after that….
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would say I do a week long trip in Atlanta. Majority of my friends are in the music industry, so we would cook up beats in Patchwork recording studio, Deaf Star and Winners Circle.
One of the go to spots to eat is Jamrock restaurant, i am West Indian, so I’m all bout good quality Jamaican food. And without a doubt, my go to take out food would be Grindhouse Killer Burgers especially if I am in 6 hour studio sessions.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Winners Circle Publishing owner Kash Johns and Billboard Producer Yakbeats had played a huge part of my success.
If I hadn’t rubbed shoulders with highly successful Billboard Producers and establish those relationships, I wouldn’t be here having this conversation for sure.
