Meet Greg Westbrook Ii | Entrepreneur & Load Logistics Manager

We had the good fortune of connecting with Greg Westbrook Ii and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Greg, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
You will never know the true extent of your capabilities until you try. Meaning, if you set your mind to it, step out on faith, and believe in yourself anything is possible.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Well first off, I took the longer route by staying in school for 5+ years so I could obtain my MBA with a concentration in leadership. In doing so, it lead me to be in the hiring pool for over 2 years. From having to work warehouse jobs with a graduate to my laptop crashing, not having a way to continue applying was a hard challenge. From one job alone I entered in over 130 applications.
So ideally this process was not easy but I never gave up because I knew that all it took was “1 yes.” I kept showing up because making my future self proud was one of my main goal.
This process taught me that you have to be consistent and always show up, because the next day might just be the day everything flips and begins to work in your favor.
I want the world to remember me as a GOD fearing, educated transformational leader. My brand is Underrated Stylz, a motivational brand purposefully encouraging people to get out of their head (out their own way) representing the uniqueness inside of each and every one of us. And despite the labeling or disbelief from the outside world never listen, because you stepping out on faith doing all that you’re capable of doing will encourage the next generation(s) to come. So embrace your ‘Stylz’ and be the change, be the change that will soon change the world.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
So currently I am in a new city, and I am learning myself. But I would take anyone to the gym, it’s imperative that is something I truly enjoy doing.
A good itinerary would be:
Monday-Breakfast, gym, mall, lunch (cava), and movie
Tuesday- Breakfast, gym, bookstore, lunch (slims chicken), ncaa 25 football
Wednesday- Breakfast, walking on a trail, coffee shop/bible study, lunch (wrights bbq), bowling
Thursday-Breakfast, gym, pool, lunch (jersey mikes), pool house, cook dinner
Friday-Breakfast, rest day, run errands (shopping), barbershop, lunch (chicken heads), play the game (ps5)
Saturday-Breakfast, watch church sermons, play the game, gym, lunch (Pizza Hut), go out to Dickson,
Sunday-Rest an prepare for the week
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would shoutout GOD, my family, and my church. Because of them I am the man I am today, but also with their help I have been able to believe in myself on a whole new level. And have obtain different principles to continue to grow and breakthrough.
