We had the good fortune of connecting with Alexander J. D’alessandro and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Alexander J., do you have any habits that you feel contribute to your effectiveness?
1. The most important truth is recognizing the existence of a higher power. When we, as human beings, sincerely seek meaning and truth, we inevitably come to the realization that we were created by The Annointed Son of God, Christ.

2. Treat others as you would like to be treated, which includes tough love. True love isn’t just kindness—it also means being honest and direct, even in difficult conversations.

3. Be your authentic self at all times. Stay true to your boundaries, pursue your purpose relentlessly, and remember that the opinions of others hold no weight in comparison to your mission.

What should our readers know about your business?
Mobile Mechanic Muscle specializes in mobile auto repair, auto body work, detailing, and performance upgrades. We’re currently in the process of expanding into a physical shop in Nashville, which will make us a true one-stop shop—something that doesn’t currently exist in the industry at this level of quality and vision. We have big plans for the future, and I’m excited to bring them to life. Our work covers everything from everyday Hondas to Lamborghinis, semi-trucks, asphalt machinery, and hydraulic systems, whether on-site or at the shop.

What truly makes Mobile Mechanic Muscle stand out is our unmatched quality, versatility, and customer experience. Customers consistently say that our work is better than if they had done it themselves. We go beyond just fixing cars—we create an authentic high end experience where people feel encouraged to be themselves, enjoy the process, and still receive top-tier repairs, paintwork, or performance upgrades. No other shop offers this combination of skill, vision, and customer connection.

I’m most excited about building a powerful brand image, being known as the best, and—most importantly—making a real impact on people’s lives. True success isn’t just about money or material things. The real fulfillment comes from working with integrity, helping others, and making a difference in people’s lives.

I started out in Michigan’s metro Detroit area, eventually expanding to Nashville and Florida. None of this would have been possible without God’s guidance and my own relentless dedication. When you combine faith and hard work, there is no limit to what can be achieved.

It was far from easy. Getting to this point required 5 years of work, months of nonstop work without a single day off. I quickly learned that if you want to be successful, you can’t rely on a 9-5 mentality—you have to put in the time and effort. The pressure and stress can be overwhelming, but I’ve developed ways to stay strong. I meditate, train my mind and body, and focus on living life to the fullest. Most importantly, I trust in God’s word and let go of things beyond my control, knowing that my burdens are in His hands.

I’ve learned that hard work, consistency, and faith are the keys to success. There are no shortcuts—if you want to achieve something great, you have to commit fully and never settle for mediocrity.

I want the world to know that Mobile Mechanic Muscle is more than just a repair service—it’s an experience. We stand for hard work, integrity, and helping others improve their lives. There’s a bigger picture beyond business—it’s about family, raising strong children, and building a lasting legacy. My goal is to inspire others to succeed, live an honest life, and create a future where we can all meet again as brothers and sisters in heaven.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
When I’m not working, I’m definitely more of a homebody. I enjoy the simple things—Dragon Ball, pizza, and video games—and a lot of my family and friends are the same way. We can just talk and relax, and that’s more than enough. I just love genuine, personal, intellectual and fun interactions!

That said, I also love the outdoors and exploring new places. Broadway is always a good time, and I love experiencing the rich culture and history of Nashville and its surrounding areas. There’s a beach nearby that I absolutely love, and when I have time, I like making the drive out to Signal Mountain near Chattanooga—it’s one of my favorite spots.

One of my favorite things to do is randomly pull out my portable grill in nature and cook up 10 lbs of steak. I’m more beast than man, and something about the open air, the smell of sizzling meat, and the raw simplicity of it all brings out my wild side.

At the end of the day, I believe you can have fun doing just about anything when you’re around the right people.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Daily Reflections on Gratitude

I reminisce daily about this subject, and I am forever grateful for each of these individuals who have profoundly impacted my life.

My Father – Salvatori Giovanni D’Alessandro

He passed away in 2020, and since then, I have grown into a completely different man—for the better. He introduced me to Jesus when I was a nine-year-old boy, and from that moment on, my life changed. The time I had with him taught me so much, and as I continue on my journey, I realize he was right about nearly everything. Each day, I see myself becoming more like him. Even though he is no longer physically here, I feel like he is still watching over me, guiding me in my business and life. I love and miss him deeply, but I take comfort in knowing he is exactly where he needs to be—living the time of his life with Jesus.

Pastor and Best Friend – Tim Berlin

Over the past ten years, I have grown exponentially as a man. One of my biggest struggles used to be emotional immaturity and constantly worrying about others’ opinions instead of staying true to myself. Pastor Berlin played a major role in helping me overcome this. His words, “We all love Alex, so Alex has to be who Alex is. Stop worrying about anything else and focus on just being Alex, whatever that means,” stayed with me for years. It took time, effort, and many long nights to retrain my thought process. Through his love, patience, and friendship—especially after my father’s passing—he was always there for me. Even though we don’t see eye to eye on every topic, I appreciate his unwavering support and his respect for my transparency in who I am today.

Holistic Doctor & Best Friend – “Uncle Jeffy”

Uncle Jeffy entered my life when I was struggling with severe anxiety and health issues that no doctor or medical practice could properly address. He diagnosed me with adrenal fatigue (chronic fatigue) and stood by my side every step of the way. Although I was strong-willed, my intense anxiety attacks and body dysfunctions, combined with a fragile self-image, took a toll on me. Jeff’s raw, straightforward, man-to-man approach helped me gain a deep understanding of my body—its limits, its needs, and how to heal it properly. It took years of hard work, dedication, and most importantly, developing an unshakable mindset. Now, at 34, I look, feel, and perform better than ever in every single aspect of life. I wouldn’t be half the man I am today without God placing Jeff in my life as a blessing.

My Sister – Alisa

My little sister played a key role in launching my journey as a business owner. Growing up as my closest best friend, we shared countless good memories. Even though we don’t see each other often, she always holds a special place in my heart. Her encouragement to think outside the box and be myself helped shape who I am today. Despite being younger, she has taught me many valuable life lessons that I cherish deeply. The inside jokes and memories are endless. She recently got married, and knowing that she is treated like a princess gives me peace of mind. Her husband, Tom, has also influenced both her growth and mine, inspiring me to propel forward as a man and in my business. Seeing the joyful life they share motivated me to become a better man.

My Brother – John

My oldest brother, John, was always busy working, but he remained loving and kind-hearted. Growing up, I admired him—he had nice cars, attracted beautiful women, and had undeniable swag. He’s still the same John, just more mature now. Over the years, we’ve become closer, and he has been a major source of encouragement. From hilarious times playing video games, renting movies at Blockbuster, watching dumb YouTube videos, to drifting around town in his car, we have countless great memories. Before I moved to Nashville, he supported me through everything. Nashville honey’s better watch out—Johnny boy is coming to town!

My Brother – Gino

For most of my life, Gino lived in another state, so I didn’t know him well growing up. However, over the years, I’ve had the chance to understand who he is and what he’s about. He has encouraged and pushed me to grow both as a man and as a businessman. Like my other brothers and my father, he’s always been funny—but with his own brand of goofy, intense randomness. It’s been inspiring to watch his personal journey and see his growth in every area of life.

My Brother – Sal

Sal and I have a long history. He has taught me a great deal across various aspects of life, from auto repair and business dealings to invaluable life lessons. Through our experiences together, he also helped me learn auto bodywork. I’m always grateful for the role Sal played in my development, from babysitting me and Alisa when we were kids to shaping me into who I am today. Growing up, I always saw Sal as a powerhouse—strong and tough—and I aspired to be just like him.

The Mentors Who Propelled Me Forward

Beyond the incredible people in my life, I also want to acknowledge the podcasts and mentors whose wisdom has drastically influenced my growth:

Fresh & Fit Podcast – Myron Gaines & Walter “Fresh” Weekes

From business success to personal development, Fresh & Fit provide the best advice in every metric of life. Applying their principles has exponentially improved my results—whether in business, finances, or relationships. I strongly encourage every man to watch their podcast if they want to achieve similar success.

I believe men need to reclaim their roles as strong, masculine leaders who provide and protect their families. A man should be dominant, disciplined, and focused, while his wife should be a feminine, supportive partner who nurtures the home and children. This traditional mindset—once common sense—has unfortunately been lost in today’s society, but it remains the key to building a thriving household and legacy.

Every single one of these individuals has played a major role in shaping who I am today. I am eternally grateful for their guidance, support, and impact on my life. Through their influence, I have grown into a stronger, wiser, and more driven man—one who stands firm in his faith, his purpose, and his principles.
