We had the good fortune of connecting with THIRD DAGREE and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi THIRD, what led you to pursuing a creative path professionally?
My mentor and great grandfather Mr. Edgar Robinson, actually put me in position and gave me the blueprint to establish my own business and control my own destiny! I simply put quality over quantity, always be accountable, and always do what’s right even when no one is looking! Ultimately making the customer feel a sense of satisfaction to the point that they promote my brand without my asking! I knew working a conventional nine to five was not my cup of tea, even building the next mans empire, no matter the pay is not my calling! I stepped into this understanding early on in life and have stayed the course continuing to build through trial and error! It is also imperative that I leave a legacy for my chidden and an opportunity to continue generational wealth is not up for debate!

What should our readers know about your business?
I take pride in controlling the dial and changing the narrative in the current state of the culture! I’ve created my own wave and lane in an untapped market and oversaturated era! The idea of originality has become non existent and the status quo have brainwashed the masses into believing that following trends is better than setting them! The names and titles become irrelevant when comparing said titles to proper product! I took one year to show and prove everything that I’d previously stated to my constituents, and the competition that it can be done, and now I’m about to lap them again! The proof is in the pudding! I am so glad I am not local and the love outweighs the negativity, I’ve been led to circles and networks never seen by the competition and standing for something has led to the type of respect that’s well deserved, long overdue, and money cant buy! We don’t drop we deliver, because dropping seems to close to fumbling! Fortunately we also create our own lingo, so beware of copyright infringement!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
This question might be the hardest to answer because my best friends and I are room mates! Now hypothetically speaking of course we at Ali’s eating the fried chicken with the honey biscuit! On any given day we’ll switch things up and go to El Puente for the loaded potatoes! In my section we always fire up the grill and you can get anything from squirrel to alligator! Fish Fridays at Howards and as far as relaxing we are at the Hound Lounge or Skeet Daddy’s Road House! I can’t lie we are also still shopping at Wal Mart, I’ll blow a whole check in there! I’m with my room mates fishing on occasion and its nothing for either of us to get in the kitchen, that’s just a country boys admiration! We are literally the party and the turn up in our own world, so we are fortunate enough to not need outside at all!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My family in general and my children directly without their motivation, prayers, positive energy and continued support, I don’t know if there is any other outlet that I could draw strength from, they are the real MVP’s! I thank them in public and private every chance that I get! Not to mention they celebrate me and promote me in all of my endeavors!
