Meet Riley Jenkins | Elvis Tribute Artist

We had the good fortune of connecting with Riley Jenkins and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Riley, alright, let’s jump in with a deep one – what’s you’re definition for success?
The opportunity to make a living at getting to do what you absolutely love most in life!
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I am an Elvis Tribute Artist, which means that I have the amazing honor and privilege to sing the greatest music ever made by the greatest entertainer of all time, “The King of Rock ‘n’ Roll” himself, Mr. Elvis Aaron Presley. My tribute to Elvis starts from 1954, the year that his career began with that first Sun Studios recording of “That’s All Right” and “Blue Moon of Kentucky,” and goes all the way to about 1967, so just right before the infamous NBC 1968 Television Special in black leather.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Graceland of course!! It’s mandatory, especially for those who have yet to go, to visit the most iconic home in music history and see The King’s castle.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’d first like to thank God for everything He’s blessed me with, as I’d be no where without Him. I’d like to thank my amazing family, who’s always been there for me through thick and thin and supported me all the way. I’d like to thank my grandmother Sharon Loveall who helped make my career even possible by taking me all over the country, and other parts of the world too, when I was underage so that I could pursue my dream. I’d like to thank my amazing fiancé Ilenia Hails who’s my rock, my partner in crime, my biggest fan, my world, and my everything. I’d like to thank the greatest fans in the whole wide world who I owe everything to, the Elvis fans, and of course, I’d like to thank Elvis Presley himself, for giving me the dream to want to grow up to be just like him and for being my hero in life always and forever.
