Meet Rebecca Lane | Executive Skincare Consultant

We had the good fortune of connecting with Rebecca Lane and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Rebecca, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
My Salvation is by far the most important factor behind any & all success I’ve had in my life. Without God nothing I have accomplished would’ve been possible! He has been by my side through the darkest & the brightest of times, & I am beholden to Him!
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Although I am an entrepreneur, & will solely work for myself in the future, I do still work a full time job as administrative assistant. I work for Knoxville Wholesale Furniture at the clearance center on Kingston Pike, & I absolutely love my job & coworkers. I also sell Rodan+Fields Skincare, which is a big part of why I was originally asked to be a part of this series. I’m not exactly sure yet just what all I want to do on my entrepreneurial journey, but I do know that whatever it is, I hope to be able to help as many folks as poss On my way to my own financial freedom!
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Any visitors to Knoxville definitely have to have lunch at Litton’s, & dinner at Louis on Old Broadway! I would also stop by the famous Pizza Palace drive-in restaurant on Magnolia, then take a stroll through Chilhowee Park to see the Christmas lights! A good walk the Ijams Nature Center would be on the itinerary as well.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My sister, Chelsey Lane, probably deserves more credit for my success than I do. My entire family have always been supportive of me, but there’s something special about the bond between sisters. My story hasn’t always beeN sunshine & roses, & during some of the darkest parts, my sister was the one who helped me get back up & brush it off! She took care of me & always reminded me what I was truly capable of!
