We had the good fortune of connecting with Rachael Mann and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Rachael, what do you want people to remember about you?
I want people to remember why I do what I do. People may not remember the person, but a song written from your heart can last a lifetime.

I may not know the writer to every Hymn, but their lyrics and music encourage me to this day.

That is what I want my legacy to be.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I am a singer/songwriter and actress.

I am gotten where I am today due to several factors.
I am an extremely passionate person , and love what I do. I am so thankful for the gift of music and that I was given that gift.
I am very determined, and if I see an opportunity that comes by way, I will reach out and follow up, even if I hear the word no because I know with every no, there will be a yes somewhere.

I love what I do, and that is what keeps me going.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If one of my best friends were coming in town, I would want to take them to a beautiful hiking trail that I can show them the beautiful scenery, especially in the Fall and Spring.

I’d also take them to a fun coffee shop and restaurant.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I honestly could not do what I do without first, God, but secondly my family and my friends.

Every person who has helped me along my journey, especially my parents, have gotten me to where I am today. I am so thankful to everyone who has encouraged, prayed and supported me along this journey.
