We had the good fortune of connecting with Pamela Little and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Pamela, let’s talk legacy – what do you want yours to be?
I want people to remember my hard work and dedication to my artists I strive to build them up and get them shows. I hope they remember everything I do. It makes me extremely happy to see other succeed.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I started my Business Southern Lights Entertainment in the Midst of Covid. I owned a hotel that Covid kinda took out of business. So I pivoted like I always do and started booking shows. For a local band. It was hard and we survived. Finally things got better with the music. And I worked hard getting more venues and more artists. Here are a few of the artists I work with Overdrive ,Dynamic Panic, No return Address , Tennessee  Outlaw Country,,Rowdy Around Midnight Hank Williams IV ,Tom Proctor Band.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would have to say. Take them for a trip down Broadway in Nashville Tn. And visit some of the music scene. Then we could go to Knoxville tn Eat at one of the best Restaurants It has to offer. Ale’Raes Gastro Pub Their Bourbon Burger and over the edge Fries. Will make you think your in food heaven. Then we would stay for their live music or even comedy shows. Then off to my favorite place on earth Smokey mountains just take a drive listening to some awesome music.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
There is a few special people whom have made me wanna succeed. My Aunt Tracy who encouraged me when I couldn’t see ahead. My Best Friend Tammy who has always had my back. My children whom would push me ahead and believe in me. Just Good Friends Who picked me up and gave me reason to Move on after my daughter passed away. All these special people. Give me reason to keep going and move on . My life has been full of bumps and roadblocks. And I wouldn’t be where I am today without Some special people in my life …
