We had the good fortune of connecting with Noelle Emerson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Noelle, what do you attribute your success to?
We give a quality reliable product. Every single dog we groom, we put our heart into. From scheduling to the haircut, we always give 100%, every time. Clients know they can always a reoccurring appointment with turnkey service.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I started from the bottom up. I started as a bather at Petsmart, scrubbing kennels. I wasn’t sure if like grooming hut I loved dogs and wanted to see if I could be good at it. I soon after grooming school found a mobile team hiring. I fell in love with mobile and have been doing it for the last eleven or so years! It was hard work from the bottom up. I am very proud of myself. Fluff and puff is a customized spa session for each and every pet. It’s sanitary, luxurious, and top notch service. I poured my heart out to get this to where we are today.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Oh man! First stop is Hattie Bs! That hot chicken is to die for! Breakfast spots are pancake pantry and Dose. You can never go wrong! Avocado tacos at Mas Tacos! Five points pizza in East is delicious & has a great vibe. Those are some of my favorite spots.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Shoutout is for sure going to my mom. She pushed me to start this buisness and found the perfect places to market. Kat is my right hand man, the face behind the scenes and the best co-owner. My mom taught me from a young age to be independent and how to work hard and achieve your dreams. I love you mom! We all love Kat! Thank you for being the heartbeat of fluff and puff!
