Meet Miriam Hall | Orthodontist

We had the good fortune of connecting with Miriam Hall and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Miriam, as a parent, what do you feel is the most meaningful thing you’ve done for them?
Balance. I have always instilled in my four children the idea of always pursuing your dreams and working diligently at everything you do while still being present. Opening my own practice has been a primary example of just that. I take pride in picking up the pieces of the mold I have broken while being a full-time business owner, mommy, chef, soccer enthusiast, friend and more. Life is all about balance and I love that I can pursue my passion during the day with my patients and still make it home for family time and soccer practice with my kids.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I received the keys to the building of our practice in May of 2020, not only did we have to navigate the Covid-19 pandemic, but I had to immediately start blazing the trail of what I wanted Hall Orthodontics to be. With so many regulations and uncertainty it was very challenging to start. At Hall Orthodontics, we create personalized treatment plans tailored to the patient and their lifestyle. Covid did not make that an easy task, yet we persevered and overcame. Covid-19, though difficult, helped shaped us to operate in excellence and stay true to our brand.
During the first year of being open, we grew by reflecting our work in office referrals. The strong relationships cultivated between various dental practices across the Nashville area played a tremendous part in our growth. And after that point, we began to establish a name for ourselves in the community spreading the message of “live your best smile” through out Middle Tennessee.
Especially being a mommy business owner, I have found that title itself is what sets me apart. I understand how busy life is and strive to create an orthodontic experience that is as convenient as possible in an exceptional environment.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
When I have friends, patients or guest visiting Nashville, I always recommend going to go to a soccer game at Geodis Park (Go Nash FC!). To grab a bite to eat at one of my favorite restaurants in green hills, Santo. Or to go on a run in Percy Warner Park in Belle Meade which is less than 10 min from our office!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout
I would accredit the foundation of my success to my parents. From a very young age, they always taught me how to have a strong work ethic and morals. Without their guidance, love and encouragement I would not be where I am today.
