We had the good fortune of connecting with Miranda Black and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Miranda, we’d love for you to start things off by telling us something about your industry that we and others not in the industry might be unaware of?
Here at Mbody Nash, we take more of a holistic path to fitness and wellness by offering a type of training most people have never heard of – our EMS workouts.   These unique workouts are completely customizable and non impact focused to successfully meet client’s goals.
Combined with other in-house bio-hacking elements, our services all work together to benefit the body and help our clients become, or “Mbody,” the best versions of themselves.
Our approach is truly unlike anything out there.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Mbody nash is a unique and innovative business that specializes in EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) workouts. What sets us apart from others is our dedication to providing effective and efficient fitness solutions. We pride ourselves on delivering high-intensity workouts that maximize results in a shorter amount of time compared to traditional workouts.

Getting to where we are today professionally was not easy. Like any business, we faced challenges along the way. One of the main challenges was educating people about the benefits and safety of EMS workouts. Overcoming this challenge involved extensive research, partnering with experts in the field, and providing thorough information to potential clients. We also had to invest in top-quality EMS equipment and hire trained professionals to ensure the best experience for our clients.

Throughout our journey, we’ve learned valuable lessons. One lesson is the importance of adaptability and staying up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and research. We constantly strive to improve our offerings and provide the best possible experience for our clients. Another lesson is the significance of building a strong community and fostering relationships with our clients. We believe in creating a supportive and motivating environment that helps individuals achieve their fitness goals.

What we want the world to know about Mbody nash is that we are passionate about transforming lives through our EMS workouts and other services.. Our brand and story revolve around the belief that fitness should be accessible, efficient, and enjoyable. We are proud of the positive impact we have on our clients’ lives, helping them achieve their fitness goals in a time-efficient manner. We are excited to continue growing and evolving, and we invite everyone to join us on this fitness journey.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
The obvious shout out goes to my clients. Their continued support through the years and dedication to achieving their goals inspires me to continue helping as many people as I can to not only look, but feel their best. Second, is the impact a couple specific books have had on me; Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki and The Power of Positive Thinking by Dr. Norman Vincent Peale.
