Meet Meagan Caudillo | Wedding and Event Planner

We had the good fortune of connecting with Meagan Caudillo and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Meagan, what led you to pursuing a creative path professionally?
I’ve always loved design and making things beautiful—it’s just part of who I am. Wedding decorating came so naturally to me, and I genuinely enjoy bringing my clients’ visions to life. I’m just not the type of girl meant to sit behind a desk all day—I thrive in creative, hands-on environments where I can turn ideas into something magical!

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My business is all about creating beautiful, unforgettable, and totally fun events! I specialize in wedding planning, decorating, and design—and what sets me apart is my ability to bring a client’s vision to life while adding a unique, creative touch that makes their day feel truly one-of-a-kind.
I got to where I am today thanks to a lot of hard work and mentorship, and heart. It definitely wasn’t easy—building a business takes grit, long hours, and learning through trial and error. One of the biggest blessings in my journey was learning under Myly Christopher at 3M Creative Consultants. She taught me nearly everything I know about the wedding industry and gave me the foundation I needed to grow with confidence.
There were challenges, of course—especially in the beginning when I was figuring out how to balance creativity with the logistics of running a business. But I’ve learned that staying consistent, being open to feedback, and surrounding yourself with the right team makes all the difference. I’m incredibly proud of the strong team of women I work with. Their support, talent, and dedication help make every event run smoothly.
And I’ll admit it—I’m the bridezilla of every wedding I do, because my expectations are sky-high and I want everything to be absolutely perfect. But that’s exactly why clients trust me—because I care as much about their big day as they do, and I’ll go above and beyond to make sure it’s flawless and fun.
If there’s one thing I want the world to know about my brand, it’s that we care deeply about every detail. It’s about creating an experience that feels joyful, personal, unforgettable—and most importantly, easy and stress-free for our clients. Planning a wedding should feel exciting, not overwhelming, and I’m here to make sure of that every step of the way!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend was visiting, I’d kick things off by inviting them to stay in my brand-new tiny house—it’s super close to town, cozy, and the perfect home base for a week of fun. We’d start our adventure by hopping in the Jeep and cruising through Wears Valley to grab an amazing dinner at Dancing Bear Bistro (seriously, the food there never misses).
On the way back to town, we’d swing by Smoky Mountain Brewery to catch some live music from Stephen Goff and The Royals—Stephen is one of the best DJs in the area, and it’s always a fun vibe when they’re playing!
The next day would be all about relaxation. We’d head to RiverStone for a massage and some serious self-care, followed by a delicious lunch at Pottery House Café (their food is so good and the setting is charming). After that, we’d do a little retail therapy at the Tanger Outlets before ending the night at Iron Forge Brewing, sipping on craft beers and hanging out on their outdoor patio.
The next morning, we’d hit the road again and take the Jeep through Cades Cove for some mountain magic and a picnic at one of the most breathtaking views in the Smokies. On the way back, we’d cruise through Gatlinburg to walk around, explore the shops, and hit a few touristy spots for fun.
We’d wrap up the day at The Island in Pigeon Forge with dinner at one of the lively restaurants there, then browse the shops and maybe ride the Great Smoky Mountain Wheel if we’re feeling adventurous.
It’d be the perfect mix of chill, adventure, good food, live music, and mountain views—everything I love about living here, all packed into one unforgettable week!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I wouldn’t be where I am today without the support and guidance of Myly Christopher with 3M Creative Consultants. She’s taught me 95% of what I know about the wedding business and truly set me up for success. I’m also incredibly grateful for my amazing team of ladies—they constantly show up, support me, and help make sure every event runs smoothly. And of course, a huge thank you to all my past clients who have trusted me with their events!
