We had the good fortune of connecting with Main Streets and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Main Streets, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
Main Streets is a four piece rock band from Miller Beach, Indiana. Through our music we help support our community. Anytime we have a show we promote local businesses. It’s always nice to see a community come together. The closer we are as a community, the stronger we can be.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Hang on to the edge of your seats cause Main Streets will take you for a ride! Putting a spin on your favorite classic rock and alternative hits on overdrive since 2019. Don’t be surprised to hear our take on some pop and disco songs too. Originating from the same hometown as Michael Jackson, this four piece rock band will keep you dancing all night.

You’ll hear heavy riffs fueled by high energy drums and deep, harmonic bass lines kicked in high gear with smoky vocals. Practicing in a mechanics shop surrounded by trucks, metal, and machines has shaped and inspired our sound into what it is today. Some fans have even compared it to Zeppelin. There is no denying that our sound stems from the 70’s hard rock scene. We cover some classics from Deep Purple, Black Sabbath, The Rolling Stones, and a little bit of everything else you can imagine.

We are not a tribute band. But we are thankful to have been influenced and inspired by these rock gods. In a world where the entertainment industry is saturated with tribute bands, we’ve decided to keep it fresh and new to our audience. We give every song a unique flavor that you haven’t heard before. So stay tuned for some of our originals as well.

As a band, we are lucky to have crossed our paths. Our love for music is unquestionable and most importantly we love playing together. Music to us is like the air we breathe. We love what we do and we make sure to give you a memorable performance. Put your seat belts on and get ready to have the time of your life with Main Streets! We’ll see you at our next show!

If you’re visiting the Northwest Indiana area be sure to come out to one of our shows this summer! We’re going to be playing at the Mint Festival in North Judson on June 14th, the Porter County Fair July 19th, and then at the Summer Concert Series in Valparaiso on July 31st.
