Meet Lisa D’Aleccio | Founder & Managing Partner – LSD Media Agency

We had the good fortune of connecting with Lisa D’Aleccio and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Lisa, we’d love for you to start things off by telling us something about your industry that we and others not in the industry might be unaware of?
Some people think that s very easy. That is all parties and going out but it’s actually a lot of work and strategic planning. You have to really hustle and pay your dues in order to make a name and be respected. It does have a glamorous side but you have to work for it as well.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Everything I have done during the 15 years I have been in the entertainment industry has shaped me and brought me to where I am today. Every job, every task, every boss, every challenge, everything has added up. I have always been faithful to my beliefs and my values as well as to all the people who have helped me along the way, that is why I always remember them and take a lesson from each of them.
Building my brand, creating my own agency, I would like to make a difference and provide a more personalized service, representing things that I am passionate about. At the end of the day, money is important but you must do what you are passionate about so that everything else flows and you have happiness in all areas of your life.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Miami has been my home for many years. I’ve left and come back but for some reason life brings me back here. I love its beaches, a good restaurant, going for a walk.
Of my favorite places I must say that it is my neighborhood, Downtown Miami where you can go out for a walk and eat. Then it would be Brickell, Key Biscayne, I really like taking my friends to its beaches since they are quieter, and Miami beach for a night on the town and a delicious dinner.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Every person you meet in life helps you in some way or another to reach your destination, to achieve your goals. There are individual efforts and other collective ones. I thank all the people who have been in my life, whether short or long term, because they have helped me be who I am today, both professionally and personally.
