Meet Kristin Mccord-denning | Manager & Coach

We had the good fortune of connecting with Kristin Mccord-denning and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Kristin, Let’s talk about principles and values – what matters to you most?
At ISI Elite Training, we believe that integrity is the cornerstone of our business. It means being honest, transparent, and committed to our members’ well-being. We strive to create a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone feels empowered to reach their fitness goals. By upholding our values of integrity, we foster trust and build long-lasting relationships with our members.”
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
What sets us apart is our commitment to excellence and community. We offer NCAA-standard coaching that combines expert guidance with a supportive and encouraging environment. Our focus on building a strong community extends beyond the gym, with fun events and activities that foster lasting friendships. Our carefully crafted programs are designed to help individuals of all fitness levels achieve their goals.
We’re most proud of the positive impact we’ve had on our members’ lives. Watching them grow stronger, healthier, and happier is incredibly rewarding. Getting to where we are today has been a journey filled with both challenges and triumphs. We’ve overcome obstacles through perseverance, adaptability, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
One of the most valuable lessons we’ve learned is the importance of building genuine relationships with our members. By listening to their needs and providing personalized support, we’ve been able to create a loyal and thriving community.
We want the world to know that ISI Elite Training is more than just a gym; it’s a place where dreams are realized and lives are transformed.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Kick off your Nashville adventure with a hearty breakfast at Biscuit Love or Pancake Pantry. Then, dive into the vibrant culture of the Nations, our favorite neighborhood. It’s right in the heart of the ISI community, and you’ll find trendy shops on 51st Avenue and delicious dining options like The Farm House or Saint Añejo.
On your second day, start with a workout at ISI Elite Training, followed by a deep dive into country music history at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. Cap off the night with a live show at the iconic Ryman Auditorium.
On your third day, relax and unwind at Centennial Park, explore the fascinating exhibits at the Frist Art Museum, and indulge in a delightful meal at The Pharmacy or Bartaco. We could go on and on about where to eat and what to do in Nashville, but the Nations is a special place with a unique vibe. We can’t wait to show you around!
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
We’d like to dedicate this shoutout to the higher power that guides us. Our facility, ISI Elite Training, is named after the biblical proverb ‘Iron sharpens iron,’ and we believe that through hard work, dedication, and faith, we can achieve great things. We’re grateful for the opportunity to serve our community and help people reach their fitness goals. We also want to thank our dedicated team of trainers and staff, whose passion and expertise contribute to the success of our facility.
