Hi Kianah, what’s the most important thing you’ve done for your children?
The most important thing I’ve done as a parent in terms of the impact on my child through KWNDesigns is creating an environment where he learn the values of hard work, community, joy, family unity, responsibility, and exceptional customer service. These experiences and lessons are shaping him into compassionate, diligent, and community-minded individuals. Seeing the positive influence of our business on our child is one of the greatest rewards of running KWNDesigns.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
At KWNDesigns, we’re not just about bounce houses and party rentals; we’re about creating unforgettable experiences and spreading joy to families across the Memphis Metropolitan and surrounding areas. What sets us apart from others in the industry is our commitment to excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction.

One thing we’re particularly proud of is our dedication to providing the safest and cleanest bounce house services. We go above and beyond industry standards to ensure that every inflatable is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before and after each use. The safety of our customers, especially children, is our top priority.

Our journey to where we are today hasn’t been easy, but it’s been incredibly rewarding. We started with a simple idea in late 2021, inspired by the positive feedback from friends and family. However, turning that idea into a successful business required hard work, determination, and a willingness to overcome challenges.

We faced obstacles along the way, from navigating the complexities of starting a business to dealing with unexpected hurdles like the COVID-19 pandemic shipping rates. However, we didn’t let these challenges deter us. Instead, we approached them with resilience and a problem-solving mindset.

One of the key lessons we’ve learned is the importance of adaptability. In a rapidly changing world, being able to pivot and adjust our strategies has been crucial to our growth and success.

What we want the world to know about KWNDesigns is that we’re more than just a bounce house rental company; we’re a family-owned business with a passion for creating magical moments. Our brand is built on trust, integrity, and a genuine love for what we do.
