We had the good fortune of connecting with Josmar Lopez and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Josmar, how do you think about risk?
I believe that risk is always part of the process in life in general, many times you have to take risks to achieve your dreams. In my case I have had to make decisions that put certain things at risk. I think you take risks when you face something unknown or when you don’t know what the outcome will be and that scares you, but who hasn’t felt afraid of the unknown? That’s why I work a lot on my self-confidence to be able to take risks even if I’m afraid. Self-confidence is important when making risky decisions in your business and in life in general.


Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
If I have to describe what things differentiate us from the competition, it would be Communication and Quality. Most of the companies we have provided our construction services to have mentioned that they are happy with our services because their previous subcontractor did not do a good job. We are happy to say that our clients continue to request our services for their future projects because they like how we work. Of course there have been many challenges throughout our history as a company but thanks to patience and good communication we have been able to face those challenges and we have won them.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Downtown Nashville, without a doubt I recommend that you visit downtown Nashville, I think it is a city that is rapidly growing and there are more and more places to visit, I also recommend that you visit the iconic Centennial Park, my friends and I love that park.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
The first people I have to thank are my grandmother and my mother, they have been my driving force on this great journey of entrepreneurship. There is also a book called “Unlimited Power by Tony Robbins” that helped me a lot with my self-confidence.
