We had the good fortune of connecting with Jessica Johnson and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jessica, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The one statement I make over and over again in my business is “your success is my success”, “my success is your success”. We are all in this together. Our shared experiences are part of the success highway. I believe my deep, deep devotion to raising the collective vibration in the work I do is the MOST important factor behind my success. I am on a mission to help people regain power in their mind-body-spirit blueprint. I saw a video recently that said the highest vibration that exist is authenticity. Not love, not loyalty, not determination, not experience, but authenticity. It is how we show up and allow ourselves to be seen in this world. If we are aligned with all aspects of who we are and what we are offering (our brand), people feel that. They are magnetized to it without often even knowing why. Because it is increasing their vibrational energetic field. This is the expansion we are all ultimately seeking in the world. Energy doesn’t lie. It is a feeling. It is that authentic knowing we all connect with in my line of work. Intuition. This is what I have built my business on and this is what I am attracted to when working with other people as well. Believe in. yourself, believe in what. you are offering, then just keep showing up and doing whatever you can to let yourself be seen. That is truth. That is authenticity. That is the vibration of success. Even if it you don’t see results right away, just keep showing up in that energy and the success will magnetize itself to you.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I am an Intuitive/Psychic/Medium & Intuitive Coach. Everything is energy. We are all made up of energetic particles (and water). It’s easiest for people to read my story on my website about how I became a professional Intuitive. I can simply say I have been this way my whole life, but it wasn’t unit I was in my late 30’s that I fully understood my abilities. We are all intuitive, I just came into the world with my intuition super charged. I say my antenna was turned way up. I did Interior Design on and off for 20 years and helped raised my kids while they were young. After exiting a very unhealthy marriage 9 years ago I embarked on the path to pursuing & becoming a professional Intuitive. I knew it was time to finally embrace this part of myself and let it guide me where I was meant to go. I spent years and years studying with healers and Intuitive’s all over the country. I signed up for any & all coaching courses I could find or afford. I became immersed into the world of understanding my abilities and how I was meant to show up for my clients. I started doing “readings” on the down low in 2018. I was still mainly doing Interior Design at that point and not fully comfortable coming out of the closet as a psychic. But when the world shut down I went all in on myself. I worked with every possible healer I felt drawn to. I now understand and describe that time as “clearing the channel”. I was preparing myself and my body to go all in. A huge part of my story is what I have gone through personally in my life. That is an instrumental component of my intuitive coaching. I launched jjintuitive.com on 12/12/21. I was born at 12;12 am & numbers are a huge symbol for me in life and in all things. I love incorporating symbolism and numerology into my teachings now.
I was told by a business coach in early 2022 it can take 3-4 years to build a business as a healing practitioner. This has proven to be 100% accurate. It is a process. It requires loads of patience & devotion to your dream. For me it is all about destiny. We all have a destiny. What we are meant to do. I was meant to be a channel and a guide to help the collective understand who they are, see themselves fully, clear energetic blocks from their past, tap into their health or relational struggles/crisis, & reclaim their highest life timeline.
I’ve have absolutely struggled trying to build my business. I mean let’s just take a moment to laugh about that statement coming from the psychic right…couldn’t I just see what I needed to do and do it. But it doesn’t work like that. I came here to experience my own energetic blocks & deeper work too. We are all students & teachers in this life. So I just kept digging in deeper. To my devotion, to my passion, to my purpose. I’ve added new offerings to the scope of my business; 2 years ago I got certified to be a colon hydrotherapist and last. year I became a representative for HEALY (an electro magnetic frequency device). Colon Hydrotherapy opened up a doorway for me to work out of a Wellness Studio and meet tons of people. My business coach told me I should do it because it was a vehicle for networking & growing my client base. I absolutely love the Wellness Studio I work out of and have met the most incredible people. I find it ironic, yet not that your gut is your 2nd brain. I am here to teach people how to listen to their intuition (their gut) and now I have an alternative way of helping people do that. Healy came along last year via an online course I signed up for about working with frequencies. Frequencies are truly the future in wellness. I am able to share about Healy with all my clients and the Wellness studio recently bought their own Healy from me. So they are now a liaison for this frequency wellness on a broader scale.
My business and my brand is ENERGY. I am a conductor of tapping into energy; moving energy, increasing energy, I want to help people become clearer in every possible way. I want to help people feel stronger energetically in their bodies and in their life. You are the medicine. The medicine is you. Let’s dive in to the energetic pool of taking your energy back to its optimal vibration and create expansion in every area of your life.
I am 52. I didn’t launch my Intuitive Business until I was 49. I have never felt more alive and on fire about what I am doing and where I am headed. What I want people to know is that it is never ever too late to be exactly who you were meant to be. I just keep showing up devoted to this path of “how do I help people?”. That is all I have ever cared about. Building my business and creating abundance and success is part of that. Abundance is your birthright. Everyone’s process if different. For some it comes super easy, for some it will take longer. What matters most is that you keep listening to your deeper knowing of who you are. Trust yourself. Believe in yourself. Then just never ever give up.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Scenic I would take them to Love Circle at night to see all of Nashville (maybe take a picnic or lawn chairs depending on the weather), Dragon Park because I grew up hanging out there in high school late night and it’ just a super cool place to chill at, Radnor Lake and State Park (your gotta go here period), drive out to Leipers Fork if nothing else just for the drive..but stop and enjoy some local shops/eateries. Percy Warner Park(s), Harpeth River, Cornelia fort Airpark at Shelby Bottoms for bike, roller skating, or roller blading, & Shelby park. Cheekwood, The Gulch, 12 South, East Nashville, and Bicentennial & Parthenon during the day (or night).
Defiently go see some live music; look up online who is playing where. My favorite spots are Basement, Basement East, Listening Room Cafe, 3rd & Lindsley, 5 Spot, Marathon Music Works, Brooklyn Bowl, and of course the Ryman.
Food equals Ralph & Daughters, Smiling Elephant, Loveless Cafe, Caffe Nona, Martins’ Barbecue, anything in the 5 Spot area of East Nashville, get some hot/spicy fried chicken, yummy food & bowling at Pinewood Social.
Downtown Nashville is something that most of us from Nashville avoid because it is so crowded…but it is something you need to experience if you are visiting. It is incredible people watching and you can find plenty to do.
Everyone here is incredibly kind and there is loads of great people watching anywhere you go. There is a reason why everyone comes to Nashville and never wants to leave.

I dedicate this Shoutout to my family at Bluestem Wellness & In Harmony Wellness Center. Both located in Nashville, TN right off Music Row. I collaborated with them as a sole proprietor almost 2 years ago. They are 100% aligned with my passion for helping people heal the body inside out and have connected me with so many new clients. Team work makes the dream work.
I’d also like to dedicate this to my 2 children; Ava & Christian Tonsoni. They inspire me every single day to never give up on my dreams & shine my authentic light as far as it will go.
