Hi Helen, how do you define success?
Success is putting one foot in front of the other. It is getting back up when you fall down. It is facing and feeling your deepest fears and terrifying emotions. It is saying sorry and thank you.

Visualize the person you hurt the most walking towards you and instead of turning the other way to avoid them, you look them right in the eyes and say, ‘I’m sorry.’ That is success.

When you realize the guidance you shared with your coworker wasn’t in alignment with the company’s mission, and you ask to speak during the staff meeting and admit that you were wrong. That is success.

When you sit quietly and listen without intent to respond when someone is sharing how hard their life is right now. That is success.

When you flex the muscle of sitting quietly with no noise and no doing – just being. That is success.

When you look directly in the mirror seeing your reflection and so fiercely and honestly with tears welling in your eyes say, ‘I love you’. That is success.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I help women driven midlife women amplify their energy, influence, and income.
We see life through a clouded mirror. It is foggy, it is broken, it is smudged.
Our limiting beliefs, fears, anxiety, overwhelm, and worry create an illusion when we see our reflection. When our vision is clouded, our mission feels so heavy.
The Amplify Academy supports women business owners to open their eyes and hearts to the truth about who they are, what they are capable of, and the influence they create in this beautiful world.
While women are raising their self awareness and intentionally cleaning their mirror off, I hold up a crystal clear mirror for them until they recognize the capability to fully see their true and beautiful reflection in their own mirror. This clarity creates energy and influence.
When their mirror becomes crystal clear, they begin to hold it out for others to see until their mirrors too shine with clarity. These mirrors shine and reflect such a beautiful light in the world.

I am expert at holding heartfelt space for her clients and is supported in this work by my training as a registered nurse, case manager, hypnotherapist, yoga instructor, and Reiki healer.

The combination of passion, power, and influence I offer creates BIG results for my clients.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I have a dear friend, Becky, who has Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). She is in her 40s. By far, she has outlived all of the doctor’s prognoses and is blessed to still be here to witness her boys grow up. Her mobility is completely limited, the only body part she can move is her eyes. Her eyes. When I think of giving up, I think of Becky who is still here. I think of the ways she has never given up on her mindset, hope, and faith. I keep going for inspiring friends like Becky. For the way she still shows up and keeps going in the midst of her many challenges,
