Meet Fa-Harra Farmer | I am Chief Executive Officer of iVision Digital

We had the good fortune of connecting with Fa-Harra Farmer and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Fa-Harra, how has your background shaped the person you are today?
I am from Memphis, Tennessee, my roots run deep, shaping the person I’ve become. When reflecting on the pivotal influences in my life, none stand as prominently as my incomparable mentor, Alberta (Ann) Gore—my mother.
In this life, she emerged as a guiding force, transcending the conventional boundaries of parenthood. Alberta (Ann) Gore, hands down, is the most exceptional teacher I’ve ever had, imparting wisdom through a masterful blend of action and example. Her silent teachings have instilled in me the enduring belief that actions indeed speak louder than words, a principle I carry with me to this day.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Music is my forever love. Music has been a part of my life since the beginning. Growing up in a musical family, everyone could sing or play an instrument. I feel blessed to be surrounded by such talented people who’ve been my teachers and more.
What sets me apart is not doing what everybody else is doing. I’ve always wanted to do my own thing and find my own way. But one day in 2015, I had a meeting with Stanley (Cam) Campbell. That day changed my life! I learned that people paved the way for us without even letting us know. I’ve always been different, and I’ve known that. I love learning and doing new things, but not how everyone else is doing it – my own way. With that mindset and what Cam taught me that day, it truly help make me who I am today.
Ihope to be remembered for doing things the right way, without using or dragging anyone down to reach the next level. People often mention that I always have a smile on my face, and truthfully, I don’t even notice it (lol) but that’s just how I am, thankful for every moment. I genuinely love everyone and wish great health and success for every soul on this earth. My legacy? Being remembered for spreading love and letting my actions shout louder than my words ever could.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If I were in Memphis, the first stop would be downtown straight to the river – hands down my favorite spot in the whole city. I could just sit there for hours, even after the sun goes down. Since we are already downtown the next stop is Beale Street, that’s a must. We’re going to every store and restaurant with a door in the downtown area. It’s going to be a door-to-door exploration. Lol!
Living in San Diego, California now, and still getting the lay of the land. If someone comes to visit, our first stops are going to all the beaches and catching the views at Sunset Cliffs. Now, when it comes to food, San Diego’s got every culture covered. There are so many options; it’s hard to name just one place. If a person that loves food, you would be in paradise.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
A heartfelt shout-out to my late mother, Alberta (Ann) Gore – my greatest teacher. Her impact is immeasurable, and I’m endlessly thankful for the lessons she shown me. There will never be another. I Love You Momma!
To my McCrackins Family, words fall short in expressing my love and gratitude. Thank you for your unwavering support and belief in me. Your significance in my life is beyond words. I Love You All!
to the late John E. Eskridge, a mentor who taught me about what really being a man was. He also taught me entrepreneurship, Being a leader and unconditional love. Every moment spent with him was a valuable lesson in my life. Thank you for your life. I Love You!
A special acknowledgment to Stanley (Cam) Campbell, my mentor and confidant. Your guidance has been a beacon, pushing me to honor you as much as you’ve honored me. Thank you for helping me realize my potential and understand the sacrifices my mother made. You are more than a friend. You are my brother and I Love You!
Lastly, a huge shout-out to James Jefferson, the man who gave me my first chance. In the fifth grade, he opened the doors of his furniture store for me to work and teach me about entrepreneurship, how to always keep a smile on my face and turning nothing into something. His lessons in business, customer service, and the language of hustle are unforgettable. Brother Jefferson, thank you for believing in me and giving me my first shot. I appreciate you, and I Love You.
