Meet Dori Gronich | Paraprofessional and Author

We had the good fortune of connecting with Dori Gronich and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Dori, what’s the most important lesson your business/career has taught you?
In order to be successful you must take healthy risks! Also try to be unique and standout from the crowd. I’ve found it’s better to be yourself than to copy others when it comes to trends and art. One of my favorite quotes is: “Make it happen!” This mentality keeps motivated to keep moving forward.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I’m currently working on my first audiobook based on an unpublished story I started back in 2012! All I can say is it will probably be one of those stories that gets banned for being controversial (those are the best books to read)!
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would recommend taking a tour at Nissan Stadium or going to a concert or Titans game too! Fun fact: you might see me working at one of the gates greeting fans or you might see me helping fans to their seats. If you see me at Nissan Stadium definitely come say hi and if you questions feel free to ask me! It’ll be my 5th season working at the Stadium and I love my job.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My baba (grandmother), Esther Rudnitsky deserves a shoutout because she is an amazing Jewish woman with an even more interesting life story! Baba raised her 3 kids with my Papa (grandfather) into amazing adults. Baba and Papa were married for more than 60 years! Baba’s Matzoh Ball Soup is still my favorite to this day. Thank you Baba for all the wonderful memories. Here’s to many more. I can’t believe you’ll be 90 years old this March. Happy Birthday!
