Meet Grand Ole Country Bunker (Dave) | Country Music Events, Bookings and Promotion

We had the good fortune of connecting with Dave Hofmann and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Dave, how does your business help the community?
My company, Grand Ole Country Bunker is used to help create better opportunities for up and coming musicians. We use the power of modern marketing, social media and my background as an artist to help create higher profile events. We want more fans of Country Music to discover these Los Angeles based Country bands and attend not only our shows but attend the events throughout the California Country community.
The more we show these venue owners that Live Music has a value the more we can get these bands paid fair livable wages
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My full time Job is, Storyboard Artist in the Television Animation Industry. This Country Music booker and promoter sort of came of of the necessity to make changes in the Los Angeles Music scene. The artists were typically losing money anytime they played a gig. By working with sponsors like Warbringer Southwest Bourbon, The Country General Store and more. We have been able to start to make real change in the standard rates artist are getting paid to play. We hope to continue to push the boundaries and standards of live entertainment in local venues. I hope that people see our brand as an advocate for emerging artists who need a little extra support on their way up.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I created the Grand Ole Country Bunker instagram account as a way to share my personal knowledge of traditional country music and to find other people who love the music I Love. The account ended up introducing me to a few key members of the California Country scene and these individuals deserve all the credit for helping me take this idea and making it into one of the most influential Country Music groups in Los Angeles.
Jerry Zinn – West of Texas band.
Jerry is a Country Music fan and is a fantastic songwriter and performer. He was nominated for best Western Swing band of 2023 at the Ameripolitan Music Awards and has been a huge part of the growth of Grand Ole Country Bunker.
Rosy Nolan-Rosy might very well be the best Country songwriter in SoCal right now. She tells stories of real life experiences that everyone can relate to. She is quickly becoming one of the rising stars of Traditional Country Music in East Hollywood.
