We had the good fortune of connecting with Bryan & Jen Swanson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Bryan & Jen, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Hands down it’s the people that we employee! Finding the right individuals to place in key leadership positions is the number one thing that has been imperative to the success of Complete Animal Removal. We treat every employee that works for us like family and we believe we’ve created an environment where everyone has a voice regardless of the role they’re in.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We’ve been doing wildlife removal for about 8 years now in the greater Nashville area and have recently expanded into Knoxville, Louisville, Lexington and even Huntsville. What sets us apart is our level of customer service and the quality of work we provide. The materials we elect to use to prevent animals from gaining access to homes and businesses are the best in the industry. But so are the employees we have working for us. We ensure that our team is well trained and well equipped to do their job and service our customers to the best of our ability.

Sure, there have been plenty of challenges along the way and many more we’ve yet to face. But when you have a vision and a true belief that you can build something bigger than yourself, you just don’t quit. No matter what we’ve encountered, we’ve continued to stay positive and find a solution rather than complain about the problem.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
We run a faith based business that stands firm on Christian principles. We believe it’s because of our commitment to honoring the Lord that we have been able to be as successful as we have. We’ve never shied away from our beliefs and will always give credit where credit is due… Jesus Christ! Even if our customers don’t share the same sentiments we feel they can appreciate the honesty and integrity that comes with a Christian company.
