Hi Brian, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind the success of our dental practice and brand is applying maximum effort into every procedure and patient outcome. What truly sets us apart is our patient-centered approach, engaging them actively in the treatment planning process. In our journey, we embrace the reality that setbacks and obstacles are part of the process. If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I’ve witnessed Knoxville undergo remarkable transformations since my childhood in the 90s. One of my go-to spots for a great beer experience is Xul Beer Company. What makes it special to me is not just the exceptional brews they offer, but also the fact that my cousin, Alex Rich, is a part of their team. His creativity and involvement in exciting brewing projects always add a unique touch to the experience.

When it comes to dining out, our family has a favorite spot – Zalate Taqueria. Their innovative take on authentic Mexican street food never fails to impress us. The dishes on their menu are not only delicious but also crafted with a creative spin, making every visit a delightful culinary adventure. The consistent excellent service further enhances our dining experience.

As a family, we cherish spending quality time outdoors, especially in Knoxville’s beautiful parks. Caswell Park, Lakeshore Park, and Fort Kid (downtown) are among our top choices. These parks provide a perfect setting for our children to play and explore, creating cherished memories for our family.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I wholeheartedly dedicate my shoutout to my family, whose unwavering support and dedication have played a pivotal role in the success of our dental practice. My father and brother have been invaluable, spending countless weekends inside the practice, assisting with maintenance and upgrades. Together, we’ve undertaken significant projects, from replacing every light in the building and upgrading operatory windows to remodeling the laboratory, renovating bathrooms, and enhancing our break room. Their willingness to contribute their time and expertise, even in the midst of their busy lives, has made a substantial difference.

Additionally, I want to express my gratitude to Kareem Josephs of MyDentalEngineer and Aaron from Patterson Dental. Both of them have been indispensable in integrating cutting-edge technology seamlessly into our daily operations, enhancing the efficiency of our practice.
