We had the good fortune of connecting with Blair Miller and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Blair, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind my success has been resilience. In an industry defined by rapid changes and constant challenges, it’s my ability to adapt, bounce back, and keep pushing forward that has propelled both my brand and career. Each milestone has come with its own set of hurdles, but rather than letting obstacles define the outcome, resilience has allowed me to navigate uncertainty with confidence and creativity, keeping my focus on long-term impact. I make it a priority to study each challenge that arises, understanding not only what happened, but why it happened, and I quickly work to find solutions that can be implemented into future practices. This proactive approach has allowed me to refine our strategies and continuously improve, turning setbacks into valuable lessons that fuel both personal growth and the success of my brand.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Chaos Creators is a boutique entertainment marketing agency dedicated to out-of-the-box social media marketing, fan engagement, and short form content creation. We are digital storytellers who develop cohesive brands and engaged fanbases for artists and creators. From on-site TikTok filming and editing, to rollout campaigns and content calendars, we use our extensive knowledge of Gen Z and TikTok culture to merge creativity and strategy.

I began my career at Belmont University, studying Music Business. During my time at Belmont, I interned with Scooter Braun’s SB Projects, Atlantic Records, Universal Music Group, Warner Music Nashville, The Recording Academy (Nashville), the Country Music Association (CMA), and Crowd Surf. Immediately after graduating from Belmont University, I worked at a marketing agency in Nashville, TN where I supported social media and tour marketing for artists such as Brad Paisley and Chris Young.

A year later, I was handpicked by the father of the Jonas Brothers to start a marketing agency, where I guided Franklin Jonas’ explosive TikTok growth and limited-edition merch drop, led campaigns with influencers such as Charli D’Amelio, Lil Huddy, Avani, and Bella Poarch, and helped sustain viral hits like PUBLIC’s “Make You Mine” (550+ million streams) and Lanie Gardner’s cover of “Dreams” (40+ million views and nearly 800,000 new followers in a month), followed by a surprise remix of the song with David Guetta.

Building on these experiences, I founded my marketing agency, Chaos Creators. Through Chaos Creators, I’ve supported Dasha’s viral song “Austin,” managed social media marketing for Kassi Ashton who was nominated for ACM New Female Artist of the Year 2024, and filmed man-on-the-street videos for Kroger, including their 2024 April Fools, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day content. I’ve also ideated and executed creative campaigns for Nashville Briefing, filming red carpet interviews at award shows like the CMAs, CMTs, and ACMs, marketing podcast interviews and livestream collaborations with artists such as Keith Urban, Bobby Bones, Brad Paisley, Hunter Hayes, Jake Scott, Colbie Caillat, and creating print magazines in partnership with the ACM Awards and Country Radio Seminar.

Getting here wasn’t easy, but the most valuable lesson I’ve learned is to find outlets that bring peace and balance, allowing you to separate personal happiness from the stresses of work.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend was visiting, these are the places we would visit!

Soho House Nashville: Soho House is the perfect place to start the trip—grab drinks by the pool and enjoy a laid-back yet sophisticated atmosphere. It’s great for unwinding or grabbing a meal.

Hampton Social: I’d definitely take them to Hampton Social for dinner one night. The coastal vibes make it feel like a mini getaway, and their lobster mac n cheese is always a go-to. Plus, the “Rosé All Day” vibe is fun without trying too hard.

Old Glory: This hidden gem is a must for cocktails. Tucked inside an old industrial building, it’s got a moody, speakeasy feel with craft cocktails that never disappoint. It’s the kind of place that feels special but not too flashy.

Sixty Vines: For brunch, we’d hit Sixty Vines. The vibe is fresh and airy, perfect for catching up over farm-to-table dishes and wine on tap. It’s one of those spots that’s casual but still feels a little upscale.

House of Cards: For something totally unique, I’d take them to House of Cards for dinner. It’s a full-on experience with magic shows, a speakeasy atmosphere, and killer food. It’s fun, different, and definitely a highlight.

The Gulch: During the day, we’d explore The Gulch. It’s trendy but not over the top, with great shopping and some cool spots to grab a coffee or a drink. Perfect for an afternoon of wandering.

12 South: I love 12 South for its laid-back, local feel. We’d spend time checking out boutiques, grabbing coffee, and snapping photos by the murals. It’s Nashville charm at its best.

The Bluebird Cafe & The Listening Room: Attending a writers’ round in Nashville is a MUST. I’d take them to catch a show at The Bluebird Cafe or The Listening Room for an intimate vibe with some amazing performances.

Broadway: Of course, we’d have to hit Broadway at least once. It’s the full Nashville experience—loud, lively, and full of country music. We’d probably end the night here just soaking up the energy.

Country Music Hall of Fame: I’d also make sure we visit the Country Music Hall of Fame to dive into Nashville’s legendary music history. It’s a must for anyone coming to town for the first time.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I want to dedicate my shoutout to jump.global, a community-centric company that has significantly impacted my entrepreneurial journey. In addition to marketing and managing music business executives and collaborating with music organizations and entrepreneurs on B2B initiatives, their events division produces, programs, and markets music conferences for other entities as well as their own. The jump.global annual summit, in particular, stands out—this multi-day retreat features candid discussions with music business peers and accredited coaches on topics such as mental health, wellness, leadership, financial literacy, personal identity, and more. Attending this summit has been instrumental in shaping my approach to business. The values and mission of jump.global perfectly align with the brand and company I strive to build, and they deserve a great deal of credit for my personal and professional growth.
