We had the good fortune of connecting with Adrienne Lee and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Adrienne, any advice for those thinking about whether to keep going or to give up?
Everything changes daily including ourselves . When what you are doing makes you feel alive, you keep going . When you are passionate about what you are doing you keep doing . When you are feeling creatively burned out , keep going but do take a break as long as you need . Remember ,Life is not a race but a choice we make to move forward in goals we set for ourselves. When you see what you do inspires others even if they don’t give you the credit you keep going . When to give up and go in another direction would be when your intentions behind what you are doing isn’t pure or genuine. Like we all have inspirations behind doing what we love but when what you are doing is based off someone else’s creative work it’s time to go back to the drawing board . Whatever you are doing in this world make sure you are happy doing it not just keeping up appearances . Being authentic and unapologetically you will create so many opportunities . Most importantly what’s meant for you won’t ever pass you by and always keep God first.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
What sets me apart is my authenticity , my boundaries and showing up as myself. Showing up raw & unfiltered is how I got to where I am today. Lessons I’ve learned is that life is a challenge because no matter what you do people will talk about you regardless. I over came this challenge by not caring what other ppl think and giving myself grace. People who discredit you and run a smear campaign on your name are usually inspired by you the most. Don’t take anything personal . Nevertheless , change is beautiful. One day you may wake up and like something totally different than you did 6 months ago , 3 months ago or even a week ago. As long as you are doing what you love that is all matters. I want the world to know that being a mom is not easy , being a woman is not easy and being a wife is not easy. So find your not easy, keep yourself grounded and keep going. Do not take life so serious and actually enjoy your life no matter what that looks like to other people unapologetically. Currently I am rebranding , tapping into my other talents creatively and setting some personal goals for myself that’ll help me align the results I want to see for year 2024.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If I had a friend me visit me from out of town we would definitely start by going to another broken egg for breakfast , Gould’s salon spa for a massage,then go to “the look out” at bass pro shop they have amazing views of the city , shop around tanger outlet and grab dinner at moon dance grill. They have the best lamb chops & lemon drops to me! I said what I said , Lol . I am not much of a club person anymore but when I www my go to was Love . If not dinner I would check out a grizzly game too if we’re in that season when my friend visit.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My spouse Tirelle Lee & God play a huge role in my growth . When I’m not giving something a 100% he gives that push I need to keep going .
