Meet Halee Sprinkle | Marketing Alchemist & Joy Seeker

We had the good fortune of connecting with Halee Sprinkle and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Halee, what makes you happy? Why?
What makes me happy is seeing people step into their potential and own their unique gifts. Whether it’s an entrepreneur having a lightbulb moment in a creative strategy session, a small business gaining confidence in their marketing, or a community coming together to create something meaningful—it fuels me. I love being a catalyst for connection, creativity, and growth. Seeing people thrive, especially when they once doubted themselves, is the best feeling. Plus, a great cup of coffee, time on the water with my family and friends, and anything covered in Lisa Frank graphics and sparkles always brings me joy!
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What sets me apart from others?
I bring a unique blend of creativity, diverse work experience, and community-driven marketing to the table. My approach isn’t just about helping businesses post content—it’s about helping them tell their story in a way that connects and converts. I’ve spent years blending big-picture marketing strategy with hands-on execution, which means I can help businesses dream big and figure out the real-world steps to get there. I also have a deep passion for community building—whether it’s through social media, events, or mentorship, I believe the strongest brands are the ones that create genuine connections. Plus, I keep things fun, creative, and a little bit unicorn-inspired!
What are you most proud of?
I’m most proud of the impact I’ve made in helping small businesses and entrepreneurs find clarity and confidence in their marketing. Whether it’s through my B.I.G. Marketing Labs, one-on-one strategy sessions, or speaking engagements, I love seeing the moment when someone realizes they can do this. Beyond that, I’m incredibly proud of my role in the Women in Entrepreneurship Knoxville group. For seven years, I’ve been part of a community that uplifts and empowers women in business, and seeing those connections turn into real growth and success stories is something I’ll always cherish.
How did you get to where you are today in business?
A mix of passion, persistence, and a lot of trial and error. I started my career in corporate marketing, where I learned how to build, execute, an analyze large-scale marketing strategies. But I always knew I wanted to work more directly with people not just spreadsheets, reports, and emails (so many emails). That led me to start Czech Yourself Marketing in 2017, where I could bring that same level of strategy and creativity to businesses that might not have a full marketing team. Over time, I built my brand by focusing on education, relationships, and results.
Was it easy?
Absolutely not. Entrepreneurship is a rollercoaster—full of incredible highs and tough lows. There were times I doubted myself, many moments where I wasn’t sure if I was making the right moves, and plenty of lessons learned the hard way. But every challenge has made me better, and I wouldn’t trade the journey for anything.
What lessons have I learned along the way?
• Clarity beats complexity. If you’re overwhelmed, simplify.
• Marketing isn’t about selling—it’s about storytelling and connection!
• The right people will find you if you show up authentically. Unicorns and all!
• Not everyone is your audience, and that’s okay. Focus on who you’re meant to serve.
• Success is built on consistency, not perfection. Keep showing up.
What do I want the world to know about me and my brand?
I want people to know that marketing doesn’t have to be overwhelming or feel like a chore. My brand is about making marketing fun, accessible, and effective for small businesses. I believe in creativity, authenticity, and the power of community to grow a brand. And I’ll always be the person cheering you on, helping you find clarity in the chaos, and making sure you have a little fun along the way. Also, love what you love unapologetically. For me, unicorns, Lisa Frank aesthetics, and boat days make life better!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to dedicate this shoutout to the Women in Entrepreneurship Knoxville group. For the past seven years, I’ve had the privilege of co-leading this incredible community of female entrepreneurs, and it has been nothing short of inspiring. This group is a space where women in business can show up authentically, support each other, and celebrate both the wins and the challenges of entrepreneurship.
I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it is when women come together—not just to network, but to truly lift each other up. Whether it’s sharing resources, collaborating on projects, or simply being a sounding board for the ups and downs of running a business, this group is a reminder that entrepreneurship doesn’t have to be a solo journey. The energy, creativity, and resilience of these women continue to fuel my passion for helping businesses grow.
If I could give any advice to aspiring entrepreneurs, it would be to find your people. Surround yourself with those who inspire you, challenge you, and remind you why you started in the first place. And if you don’t have a community like that yet—go create one! Because the best things happen when we support each other.
