What can you do to have a meaningful impact on your children

Heal. The best thing any parent can do for their children is heal. Healing my inner child, being radically honest with myself about my past, and, processing the unresolved trauma that is still stored in my body has done wonders for my ability to give my children a better life and a greater chance of succeeding in their own lives.
