Meet Logan Sanders | Singer & Songwriter

We had the good fortune of connecting with Logan Sanders and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Logan, where are your from? We’d love to hear about how your background has played a role in who you are today?
I’m from the small-town of Whitwell, Tennessee. Being from a small-town like Whitwell, I was drawn to country music because of how relatable it is. It’s the average American’s music. That’s what I love the most about it. My small-town has always been very supportive of my journey, and I always love going back home and doing shows for them. I will never take their love and support for granted because there are many who would die to have their hometown’s support. I’m blessed to be from Whitwell. I love it. That town has everything to do with who I am to this day.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
“Given a stamp of approval from none other than the Biggest Selling Solo Artist in US History, Garth Brooks, Logan Sanders and the Logan Sanders Band are on their way to becoming a force to be reckoned with in country music. Their high-energy, country-rock shows are filled with covers of timeless classics and heartfelt originals that will leave you wanting more.”
Nothing about it is easy. You work your butt off trying to book shows, write great songs, rehearse with the band, and stuff like that, but if you really love the craft enough, you never work a day in your life. That life becomes a need more than a want, and I need it more than anything. I couldn’t imagine my life without music.
The biggest lesson I’ve learned is to hear the word “no.” I love Nashville, but Nashville is a “no” town. Around every corner somebody is going to be there to try and knock you and the band down, but you have to learn that it’s just their opinion and there are still plenty of other people who love what you’re doing. Never give up because of a few no’s. It’s happened to everybody, even the big stars.
I want the world to know how much the band and I love what we do and we appreciate every ounce of support.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’d definitely start with a show at the Grand Ole Opry. It doesn’t get more Nashville than that. As for honky tonk’s, Friends In Low Places and Jason Aldean’s. For food, I love Edley’s, Shake Shack, Hattie B’s, and Martin’s.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I’d like to shoutout everyone who has ever believe in me, the Logan Sanders Band, and our music. Without y’all, we wouldn’t be able to do any of this.
