Hi Tiarica, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind our success, is punctuality, and the desire to appease. With many wholistic companies on the rise, it is important that going into year 8, we continue to keep our tea lovers first. We are always looking into ways to incorporate herbs and fruit into daily regimes. We also make sure to communicate when items are on hold or out of stock. We usually fill orders within 1-2 days of receiving them online. We know how our tea lovers are always anxious to get their hands on the next order.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
G Tea is set apart from other wellness businesses, by our product variety, our information, and our customer service. We pride ourselves on being innovative when it comes to health. Although we are only 8 years old, there are many new businesses arriving to the spotlight, with products we have sold for years. We got where we are today by listening to our customers, in our beginning stages. This has helped us mold our company to suit many lifestyle types. Over the years, we have encountered more strife behind the scenes than from our tea lovers-something to be proud of. We are always making sure we are up to date on our labels, displays, and information-those things alone can be a handful at times; especially during peak seasons.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Friends visiting is always a great time to show off the local gems Memphis has to offer. With a week in the city, I would make plans for Lunch: Smooth Living

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would love to dedicate my “shout out” to my village. I could never take credit for what it takes an army to accomplish. While I market, make, and sell G Tea for the health of the community, I have loved ones making sure I am able to dedicate time and space to my journey. I have loved ones speaking greatness to others about the benefits of out products. I have encouragement, and when I sometimes doubt myself, my village of tea lovers, family members, and friends, always seem to remind me just in time what I do this for.
