Hi Neraka, why did you pursue a creative career?
Throughout my life, I’ve had a knack for creativity and a deep love for both food and social connections, making it a natural choice for me to pursue a career in these areas. Growing up, my mom imparted her knowledge of crafting and cooking to me, and together we created countless handmade items and enjoyed preparing delicious meals, this was ongoing until she passed away December 2019 which fueled my passion to go even further in Honor of her

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Lady Hibachi isn’t just your ordinary catering company; we offer more than just delicious Japanese-style live Hibachi cuisine. We provide an immersive entertainment experience that sets us apart from other catering services. Whether it’s the sizzling spectacle of our live Hibachi grilling or the engaging entertainment we provide, Lady Hibachi brings a unique and unforgettable element to any event.

I’m thrilled by the expansion of Lady Hibachi, and I take great pride in our ability to provide exceptional customer service. Achieving our current success required immense dedication, love, and passion. Our incredible team members and my commitment to teamwork have played pivotal roles in bringing us to where we stand today.

We faced numerous challenges that required dedication and passion to overcome, but these obstacles only fueled our determination. Lady Hibachi has emerged as a top-tier company, delivering outstanding service infused with love and passion, along with delectable cuisine to complete the experience.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
To start our day, we’ll head down to Sunrise Cafe for a scrumptious breakfast. Then, during the lunch hour, we’ll visit the Civil Rights Museum to explore some historical facts. Finally, we’ll wrap up our afternoon by enjoying lunch at Central Barbecue, then maybe walk down Beale Street for a bit to check it out.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Mario has been an incredible source of support for me throughout the journey with Lady Hibachi. Balancing starting a business, working a job, and navigating life while grieving the loss of my mom has been incredibly challenging. There were many sleepless nights, but Mario’s unwavering support has been a blessing. I’m grateful for his unconditional love and support, and I thank God for bringing him into my life.
