Meet Dr. Sarah Grace | Author, Speaker, TV Host and Producer, Coach, and Creative

We had the good fortune of connecting with Dr. Sarah Grace and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Dr. Sarah, how has your perspective on work-life balance evolved over time?
I have come a long way in both my beliefs and practices as it relates two work life balance. I used to one of those people that would say things like “team no sleep” and “I don’t get tired.” I no longer think or speak this way. I have learned I am in my most productive when I am in my most rested state. In order to create, produce, and do a great job at whatever I am focused on, I need to make time for rest.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
“I do many things that others do, but I do them with my own special touch, guided by my faith. Everything I do, from speaking and writing to coaching and creating, is infused with faith and God’s love. It hasn’t always been easy, as my approach is different from what’s popular. But I’ve learned to share my gifts and passions with the world, even if not everyone understands. I’m grateful that my work has helped many people. The most important thing I can share is that God’s grace can change lives. I was once lost and hopeless, but now my life has a purpose and I’m helping others find theirs.”
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
It all starts with food and atmosphere to me. I would take my bestie to the nicest restaurant with the most relaxing or entertaining atmosphere I could find. After that, I would love to check out some enriching activities, a museum, a concert, and maybe check out some special events or conferences that are in town that could add something to our lives. Somewhere in between, I would want to drink cappuccino at an eclectic shop and check out some local shopping areas.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I so appreciate all those in my natural and spiritual family who keep me lifted in prayer, encouraged to keep going, and who even share their time and treasure to help me with the work that I do, especially in the areas where I volunteer and donate my own time and treasure to assist with benefiting others.
