We had the good fortune of connecting with Lucas LoMonaco and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Lucas, how does your business help the community?
I am a solar and home solutions contractor and I love anything that has to do with renewable homes. My business helps homeowners become more sustainable by offering them the ability to produce their own electricity. We also use solar to defend against monopolistic energy companies like FPL. So, not only are we changing the world by improving sustainability, we also are helping owners that are in crisis and more often times than not are paying way too much for electricity.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
What sets American Sol apart from other solar companies is our complete versatility to mold to our clients needs. Our business is built off of honesty and trustworthy business relationships that will continue for a lifetime. We aim to provide our clients everything at their fingertips because we know exactly how efficient we need to be, and we exceed expectations.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I think we’d spend it in Miami. I have a best friend named Gia she’s a senior at Belmont University. She actually sings sooooo well it’s ridiculous. You can find her on Spotify as IAMKIRYA. Gia and I would spend our vacation in Miami and hit up all the cool spots in Lil Havana to eat during our days and head out Brickell or Midtown for some finer dinners. I think during nights we’d go to Wynwood and different parts of the Gables and the Grove because the water is so nice. I’d introduce her to all my band friends and my sales team and I’m sure we’d make so many connections. It would be so fun!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to shoutout my parents for never giving up on me and standing alongside me as I became a man.
